Though incorporated in the year 2005 but the company has little activities till 2008. The company has taken its first venture "DR Tower" a twenty one storied commercial building with three basements in 2008. With a total built up area of 276588 sft., the building has facilities for 110 car parks, 100% stand by Power supply, own water supply system, central air conditioning, 4 spacious lifts, fire protection and all other modern features a commercial building can have.
